Should I book in advance before entering the facility?
That’s up to you. It’s possible to book in advance or upon arrival using the screen at the entrance.
How do I book a space in advance?
It’s easy to do via our online booking system, which you can find here: https://rechargecity.dk/book-lastbilparkering/
I’m unsure of my exact arrival time at Recharge City – can I still make an advance reservation?
Certainly – your booking is valid starting 2 hours before your expected arrival time and throughout the entire booking period.
I need to park longer than I specified when booking/entering – what should I do?
No problem. We always charge for the actual time you spend with us.
I need to park for a shorter time than I specified when booking/entering – what should I do?
No problem. We always charge for the actual time you spend with us.
Can I change or cancel my advance reservation?
Yes, in the confirmation email, there is a link that allows you to modify your upcoming booking.
When I approach the entrance gate, the system says I don’t have a booking, even though I booked in advance.
Please check the following:
You’re not arriving earlier than 2 hours before the specified arrival time. If you are, you can adjust the time in your confirmation email, or our service center can help you modify it. Contact them via the intercom at the entrance.
Your front license plate is readable (not dirty, bent, etc.) and matches your advance reservation. You can also manually enter your license plate number upon arrival.
Can I park wherever I want?
No, please park in the designated space assigned to you at entry. If you prefer a bit more freedom, like parking alongside colleagues, feel free to use our SIDE-BY-SIDE section, which is Section E.
Why do I need to enter my license plate number when entering and exiting the facility?
Our facility is platinum-certified, which requires high security standards. One of the security elements is two-factor authentication for both vehicles and pedestrians, where your license plate serves as one of the factors.
Where can I park with my refrigerated trailer?
Upon entry, choose whether you need power for your refrigerated trailer or plan to park with the diesel generator running. Based on this choice, you’ll be assigned the appropriate space so others won’t be unnecessarily disturbed by any noise from the generator.
I’m having trouble creating a profile – what should I do?
If you’re having trouble during business hours, we’re happy to assist via our main number, +45 69 17 77 72. For help in the evening or on weekends, you can always use the intercom at the entrance. Our service center is available to help you 24/7-365.
Where can I find shower rooms, driver lounge, and washing facilities?
These driver facilities are located just outside the fence in the building that also houses the Circle K store on the ground floor. Remember to bring your QR ticket, which is your unique access pass to the facilities.
What should I do if I lose my ticket with my QR code?
Fortunately, our service center can print a new one for you. Contact them via the intercom at the turnstile.
Can I make a fixed parking agreement?
